PRAMA Kids & Families

WHY?

PRAMA KIDS fills the gap left by the lack of attractive sports alternatives for children. The PRAMA environment is wonderfully enticing to them, while extracting their creativity and development. In addition, this programme gives parents the opportunity to spend quality time with their children, playing and training with them, helping them strengthen their filial relationships.

HOW?

PRAMA KIDS & FAMILIES offers classes for three different age groups, and unique family sessions. Games and exercises are specific to each age group, taking into account developmental needs. The lights, the music, the stations and the markings add up to the every child’s dream playground, where the system and the trainer work to create the perfect environment to learn, enjoy exercise, and strengthen relations with friends and family.

WHAT?

Fitness, but fun! Involving training circuits designed for mixed sessions involving parents and children, as well as children exclusively, the PRAMA Kids & Families programme is unique in the industry. Combining the best of gamification and movement, PRAMA creates an attractive atmosphere in which children and parents can enjoy 45 minutes of fun exercise, develop motor abilities, and improve physique.

With a solid base in Yoga, Pilates, and other mind and body disciplines, this programme is performed in circuits that place great importance on the environment, the strengthening of each pose, movement, and sensation.

WHAT?

Fluid sequences inspired by Yoga and Pilates, that help develop strong and slender musculature, ending with a final controlled relaxation.
